What do I make at home?
© Emma Cogné

At a time when home-working has « almost » become the norm, the exhibition Home Made - Create, Produce, Live (from October 15th, 2023 to February 11th, 2024), revisits the meeting of the professional and intimate at the heart of home. Bringing work back into the home is no insignificant matter: environmental issues, living together, new urbanity and relocated production are all part of the challenges raised.

The exhibition brings together a history of work that informs the present, and projects by contemporary designers who are thinking about tomorrow's habitat. While some dream of working from home in a utopian and poetic way, others approach it from a more pragmatic perspective. But they all return us to questions that are both simple and challenging: what is living? what is working? Approached here from the angle of joyful creativity.

The opening of our exhibition is scheduled for Saturday, October 14 at 6pm.
