Music of the Star will take you even further. To the stars and beyond! This project by the Duo philosophico-musical Doppio Stile is based on the current research of astronomy professor Katrien Kolenberg. She is looking for the vibrations of the stars, which can be experienced as music. Is there a 'harmony of the spheres'? Do the stars form a great cosmic concert ?
The result is a breathtaking performance. You will hear music from the past and the present. From Johann Sebastian Bach to the exciting new classical music of Avro Pärt, Philip Glass and Max Richter. With NASA and ESA images.
The performance (8pm) will be preceded by a guided tour of the Cosmos exhibition at 6.30.
